By accessing or using Punesi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

These terms apply to both candidates and employers using the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Punesi cannot be liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access to your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings. Punesi reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these terms or applicable law.

Payment of $199 per job post is required before a listing goes live. Listings remain active for 30 days from publication.

Candidates agree to provide accurate information in applications and resumes. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

Interview prep credits cost $29 each and are non-refundable once a session has been started. Unused credits do not expire.

Punesi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
